Chasing Dreams wants to ensure that every young man has a chance to explore career opportunities and entrepreneurial endeavors.

​In addition to career exploration, we want to give the gift of knowledge by teaching valuable life skills.​

All children are born with gifts. But without the proper guidance or knowledge, these gifts may be wasted. Often because of confusion, lack of self-confidence, and lack of mentorship, young men grow frustrated. Young men, more than young women, oftentimes turn to violence, crime, or homelessness simply because all their gifts are still locked away. Chasing Dreams believes it is essential to unlock these gifts and to be a guiding light to create strong, honest, good men who will pass those lessons on to the next generation.

We offer empowerment through education, mentorship, and hands-on experiences. In addition to organizing quarterly networking events, we sponsor career fairs, community outreach, and volunteer efforts, and provide real-world exposure to careers that young men may be interested in pursuing. We invite guest speakers and professionals to teach financial literacy and discuss the significance of emotional and mental well-being.
